ROCKWOOL PANEL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
# There are 6 types of rock wool panels between metals, 50,60, 80, 100, 1 20, 150 and 200 mm. (Our special production of 300 mm - 30 cm is available according to order and m2.)

• Rock wool sandwich panel density is approximately 100 kg / m3. We have production options as 130 kg / m3.

• Rock wool has A1 fireproof feature in accordance with ISO EN 1316 2 norm.

• Rock wool panels are widely used in projects with high fire risk. Operating temperature degrees -50 ºC / + 750 ºC

• Its thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.035 W / MK.

• Any color can be selected from our Ral catalog.

• The galvanized sheet used in our panel production is galvanized by hot dip method. Optionally, A3005 alloyed Aluminum material is also used.

• Rock wool roof panels are produced within the framework of ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Assurance System.

• A special sealing band / cord that prevents condensation is used at the joints of the rock wool facade panels.

It provides advantage in fast assembly thanks to its laterally overlaid panel combination. It offers high sound insulation performance thanks to the rock wool filling material. Used for thermal insulation, sound insulation, acoustic arrangement and fire insulation.

Even when the stone wool roof panel is exposed to heat and moisture, there is no change in its dimensions.

Roof panel is produced by using painted sheet metal and painted aluminum metals, and it is produced according to special order between 50 mm and 100 mm rock wool filling thickness. We also have glass wool filled sandwich panels. (For Roof and Facade)
